About Hollis “Bubbe” Day

Hollis “Bubbe” Day was born and raised in Louisiana in a Christian Conservative household. In his youth, Hollis attended Holy Family School, Catholic High, and Christian Life Academy and then pursued higher education, graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in business administration. In the following decade, Hollis held multiple positions – high school football and baseball coach, nursing home administrator, and pharmaceutical sales representative. Currently Hollis serves as an executive committee member of the Chamber of Commerce of East Baton Rouge Parish.

Now, Hollis specializes in alternative financial strategies and brings his passion to the people through AM 1150 WJBO radio in Baton Rouge, LA. His mission is to offer listeners a commonsense approach to their financial future. With an emphasis on protection from the volatility of Wall Street and developing a clear exit strategy, his firm provides niche financial coaching to individuals across the country.

While Hollis enjoys his career, what he enjoys most is being a father of Patrick, Ruston, Katey, and Mollee. Hollis is an old-school family man and has worked hard to raise his children in a loving Christian Conservative household.

That is why he is not satisfied with the path our country and state are going down. Rapid inflation, anti-American WOKE propaganda, individual rights trampled… Hollis has had enough. That is why he has announced his campaign for the Louisiana State House. He believes the state legislature is the first line of defense against an overreaching federal government. He is the State Director for Restore Liberty. Hollis will expose ESG, fight the radical WOKE agenda in our schools, stop government overreach, and ensure every parent has the choice of where to send their child to school. Hollis is a freedom-loving patriot and the conservative to the core candidate for district 66.
